YOGA

Basic- A beginners class that moves slowly and breaks down the poses and the breathing techniques.  Modifications and substitutions are offered in this class to help make the practice fit your body.  This is a great place to begin if you have never practiced yoga before or you are breaking back into it.  Be ready  to sweat- we practice a heated room of 90+ degree room.  Our basic classes are all 60 minutes.

Power Flow-  The flowing sequence will help you build strength, increase flexibility, and find focus. A challenging and dynamic Vinyasa series, meaning breath linked to movement.  Modifications and substitutions are offered to ensure a solid practice for all students.  An all levels class set in a 90+ degree room.  Power Flow classes are 60 and 75 minutes in length, check the online schedule.

$5 Fridays- Our goal is to provide yoga for everyone and every budget.  An all levels power flow class dedicated to increasing strength, flexibility and focus.  Please bring cash.  Set in a 90+ degree room, 75 minutes in length. 

Warm Flow, donation- Another class designed to fit any budget. All levels class. Pay what you can spare and enjoy your practice.  The room is unheated- though it won't be cold.  Learn the fundamentals to the power flow practice and expand on what you already know.



PILATES

Pilates is a body conditioning routine that helps build flexibility and long, lean muscles, strength and endurance in the legs, abdominals, arms, hips, and back. It puts emphasis on spinal and pelvic alignment, breathing to relieve stress and allow adequate oxygen flow to muscles, developing a strong core or center (tones abdominals while strengthening the back), and improving coordination and balance.  Poses are done mainly in a seated of laying position.  Practice is in an unheated room and are 60 minutes in length.


PRENATAL YOGA

Experience a solid work out, yet maintain relaxation and learn breathing techniques to help aid the aches, pains and discomfort associated with pregnancy.  All of our teachers are educated in prenatal yoga and have a baby or two themselves.  Begin at any stage during your pregnancy and no experience is required.  Learn how to modify an existing practice or create one for the first time.  In addition, the baby will receive increased oxygen and endorphins.  The movement of the yoga poses also gently massages the baby and creates an inner remembrance of relaxation.  Practice in a non-heated environment and class is 75 minutes in length.


PRIVATE/SMALL GROUP LESSONS

During a private or small group lesson the focus can be as wide or as specific as needed.  This type of class can be used for Yoga, Pilates, or Prenatal classes.
