Class Styles
Basic
Move through a Power Vinyasa Flow (don't worry we explain what that is in class) at a beginner's level and speed. Here you will learn the breakdown of poses and the importance of the breath. Done in a heated room of 90+ degrees. Great class if it's your first time, your breaking back into yoga or you want to brush up on the fundamentals. Warm Flow- donation Cost of class is donation based- whatever you can share. Unheated class (the room won't be cold) All levels class- build strength, increase flexibility, and find focus. A dynamic Vinyasa series, meaning breath linked to movement. Cash only class- packages can not be redeemed for this class Power Flow An all levels Power Vinyasa Flow class designed to maximize strength, flexibility and awareness. We will explore the poses from the ground up offering different variations to make the practice more or less challenging. Most positions are done while seated or laying. Classes are not heated. Prenatal Yoga Designed for any stage of pregnancy and no experience needed.
